1. The Respondent Police have registered a false case against the Petitioner in Crime No. [FIR எண்] for the alleged offences under Sections [BNS சட்டப் பிரிவுகள் எ.கா: 115(2), 296(b) BNS, 2023]. The Petitioner was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on [கைது செய்யப்பட்ட தேதி].
2. The Petitioner submits that he is innocent and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. A false case has been foisted against the Petitioner due to prior enmity and ulterior motives (பொய் வழக்குப் பதிவு செய்யப்பட்டதற்கான காரணத்தை தேவைப்பட்டால் சுருக்கமாகச் சேர்க்கலாம்).
3. The Petitioner submits that the investigation in this case is almost completed and no further custodial interrogation of the Petitioner is required. Continuing to keep the Petitioner in judicial custody will cause grave hardship to him and his family.
4. The Petitioner is a permanent resident of the above-mentioned address having deep roots in the society. He is the sole breadwinner of his family. There is no chance for the Petitioner to abscond or tamper with the prosecution witnesses.
5. The Petitioner is ready and willing to furnish substantial and reliable sureties to the satisfaction of this Hon'ble Court. The Petitioner undertakes to abide by any stringent conditions that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to impose for granting bail.
