1. The Petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the Respondent Police for the alleged non-bailable offences under Sections [BNS சட்டப் பிரிவுகள் எ.கா: 115(2), 117(2), 351(2) BNS, 2023] based on a false complaint lodged by one [புகார்தாரர் பெயர் / Defacto Complainant].
2. The Petitioner submits that he is absolutely innocent and has no connection whatsoever with the alleged crime. A totally false and frivolous complaint has been filed against the Petitioner purely out of prior enmity and with the malicious intent to humiliate him in the society. (பொய் புகார் கொடுக்கப்பட்டதற்கான பின்னணியை ஓரிரு வரிகளில் குறிப்பிடலாம்).
3. The Petitioner submits that he has clean antecedents and has never been involved in any criminal case in the past. He is a respectable citizen with deep roots in the society and is the sole breadwinner of his family.
4. The Petitioner submits that he is ready and willing to cooperate with the police investigation at any time. There is no possibility of the Petitioner absconding or tampering with the prosecution witnesses.
5. The Petitioner is ready to furnish substantial sureties to the satisfaction of this Hon'ble Court or the arresting officer, and undertakes to abide by any stringent conditions that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to impose.
PRAYER
In the light of the above facts and circumstances, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the Respondent Police to release the Petitioner on Bail in the event of his arrest in connection with the above-mentioned Crime No. on the file of the Respondent Police, and thus render justice.
